Week 11 - Aug. 27, 2009

We are preparing for the HomeGrown Festival on September 12th and I was asking for brochures and pictures so that the table can be fun and interesting at the Festival. Need to think about perhaps moving my chairs and water table to the middle to help prevent people from driving cars through.

Items Sold – Fresh Cheese, Peppers, Beef, Beef Sausages, Sunflowes, Corn, Broccoli, Zucchini, Tomatos, Butternut Squash, Chard, Garlic, Celery, Cabbage, Beets, Honey, Onions, Gluten Free Goodies, Jewelry, Green Beans, Potatoes, Cantalope, Eggs, Spring Onions, Tamales, Apples, Pears, Plum, Peaches, Apricots, Raspberries, Frais de Bois, Blown Glass, Felted Goodies, White/Purple Eggplant, Bok Choy, Rhubarb, Cucumbers, Nasturtiums, Leeks

Weather – Sunny and somewhat warm and then things became gray and cloudy and cold, slight drizzle
Customer Count - 3-4pm: 222; 4-5pm: 225; 5-6pm: 260; 6-7pm: 85 = 807!
